LideKick (the "App") is a desktop application developed and provided by an individual developer, Busho Higeo (the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the App and on the website at lidekick.app (the "Website").
1. Information Collected
1-1. Information Collected by the App
The App collects the following information. All of it is stored only on your device and is never sent to the Developer's servers or to any third party.

1-2. Information Collected When You Use the Feedback Feature
When you use the feedback feature of the App, the following information is sent to the Developer's Discord server.
- Required: the body of the feedback (the text you enter)
- Optional (selected with checkboxes before sending): your Twitch username, and the following system information
- App version
- OS type (Windows / macOS)
- OS version
- Electron version
- Node.js version
- CPU architecture (x64 / arm64, etc.)
Sending feedback is voluntary and is not mandatory. The content you submit is used solely to improve the App and is not provided to any third party.
1-3. Information Collected by the Website
The Website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Examples of the information collected: page views, the country or region a visit comes from, and the type of browser used.

2. Purpose of Use
The information collected is used only for the following purposes.
- Providing the features of the App (connecting to the Twitch API, retrieving and displaying stream information)
- Retaining and restoring App settings
- Improving the App through feedback
- Understanding and improving traffic to the Website
3. Provision of Information to Third Parties
The information collected is never sold, provided, or disclosed to any third party.
However, the App uses the Twitch API, and requests are therefore sent to Twitch. For how Twitch handles information, please see Twitch's privacy notice.
4. Retention Period
Information stored locally is retained until you uninstall the App or delete the data from within the App's settings. If data remains after uninstalling, please delete the folders listed above manually.
5. Security
Confidential information such as access tokens is stored in a local database. The only data sent over the internet consists of requests to the Twitch API; nothing is sent to any server operated by the Developer.
