These Terms of Service set out the conditions for use of the desktop application "LideKick" (the "App") and the website at lidekick.app (the "Website"), both provided by Busho Higeo (the "Developer").
1. Use of the App
The App is provided free of charge. No fee is charged for downloading, installing, or using it.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following acts are prohibited.
- Using the App for any unlawful purpose
- Modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering the App
- Redistributing or selling the App without permission
- Using the App in any manner that violates the Twitch Terms of Service
3. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "AS IS". No warranty is given as to the completeness, accuracy, or continuity of its operation
- Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Developer, the Developer is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for any damage or loss arising from use of the App
- Some or all features of the App may become unavailable due to changes to Twitch's services or to its API specifications
- The App is not endorsed or warranted by Twitch
4. Changes to and Termination of the Service
The Developer may change the features of the App or discontinue providing it without prior notice.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
